Losar celebrated in Leh and Kargil district
KARGIL Dec 9: Chairman LAHDC greeted people on occasion of Mela Losar.As per a press note,Haji Asgar Ali Karbalaie wished that the festival would bring peace and prosperity to the state. Executive Councillor health and tourism department Sonam Namgyal also felicitated people of Leh, Kargil and Zanskar on the occasion.
